PEMANFAATAN MILK CLOTTING ENZYME DARI Lactobacillus casei D11 UNTUK PEMBUATAN KEJU MOZZARELLA
Milk Clotting Enzyme (MCE) is an active agent for cheese making which may be produced by Lactic acid bacteria (LAB). MCE activity differs according to the LAB strains used. Lactobacillus casei D11 could produced MCE when it is grown in MRS broth medium.

The Gela/decitabine/La2(CO3)3 colloidal (GDLC) hydrogel developed here could reverse the epigenetic silencing of the GSDME gene by the synergistic interaction between DAC and La3+, while concurrently activating caspase‐3, thus facilitating pyroptosis induction under the tumor microenvironment.

An α‐helical peptide, TAB12, designed to mimic the TRIM28 binding interface, competitively disrupts the TRIM28‐BRD7 interaction, thereby blocking ubiquitin‐mediated degradation of the tumor suppressor BRD7. This stabilization unleashes potent anti‐tumor effects across multiple tumor types with a favorable safety profile, offering a feasible strategy ...

Determination of Clotting Power of Milk Clotting Enzymes
Abstract A simple objective method employing a rotational type viscometer is proposed for determination of the clotting power of milk-curdling enzymes through continuous monitoring of the viscosity of a milk-enzyme system. A characteristic viscosity versus time pattern is a constant viscosity base line followed by a steep linear increase in viscosity ...
