The Higgs sector of the complex minimal supersymmetric standard model [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
Complete one-loop results for the decay widths of neutral Higgs bosons ( h(_a)) into lighter neutral Higgs bosons ( h(_b), h(_c). ) arc presented for the MSSM with complex parameters.

Simple model for quantum general relativity from loop quantum gravity

open access: yes, 2010
8 pages, 3 figuresInternational audienceNew progress in loop gravity has lead to a simple model of 'general-covariant quantum field theory'. I sum up the definition of the model in self-contained form, in terms accessible to those outside the subfield. I

Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

Hardware-in-the-Loop Development System for Rotary-Wing/Fixed-Wing UAVs [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
In this paper, according to many kinds of hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation systems, especially for the one setting controller as the hardware part, a general HIL development platform was constructed.

Dimethyl fumarate combined with cisplatin at subcytotoxic doses sensitizes cervical cancer toward ferroptosis and apoptosis through GSH restriction and p53 (re)activation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Decoupling vibration control of a semi-active electrically interconnected suspension based on mechanical hardware-in-the-loop

open access: yes, 2022
This paper proposes a novel decoupling vibration control method for the semi-active electrically interconnected suspension (EIS) and develops a mechanical hardware-in-the-loop (mHIL) test platform to verify the effectiveness of the method.

Stability of closed-loop fractional-order systems and definition of damping contours for the design of controllers [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
Fractional complex order integrator has been used since 1991 for the design of robust control-systems. In the CRONE control methodology, it permits the parameterization of open loop transfer function which is optimized in a robustness context.

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.
