Oxygen‐Inhibition Driven Compartmentalization of Dextran Microgels: Toward Fusible Colloidal Biomaterial Inks for 3D Printing

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Harnessing oxygen inhibition as a materials design principle enables the universal fabrication of core–shell microgels with tunable radial crosslinking gradients. This conceptually simple yet highly versatile strategy generates fusible colloidal bioinks that combine structural hierarchy with adaptive porosity.

Gut microbiota–derived short‐chain fatty acids regulate group 3 innate lymphoid cells in HCC

open access: yesHepatology, EarlyView., 2022
Abstract Background and Aims Type 3 innate lymphoid cells (ILC3s) are essential for host defense against infection and tissue homeostasis. However, their role in the development of HCC has not been adequately confirmed. In this study, we investigated the immunomodulatory role of short‐chain fatty acids (SCFAs) derived from intestinal microbiota in ILC3

A comparison between Hydrochloric acid and Trifluoroacetic acid in hydrolysis method of exopolysaccharide from Ophiocordyceps sinensis in Monosaccharide composition analysis by GC-FID

open access: yesHo Chi Minh City Open University Journal of Science - Engineering and Technology, 2020
The monosaccharide composition is one of the crucial factors affecting the bioactivity of exopolysaccharide (EPS) in Cordyceps species. Therefore, many scientists have studied, analyzed monosaccharide composition and structure of EPS from Cordyceps ...

GALNT10 Affects O‐Glycosylation of IGFBP7 to Promote Tumor Vascular Remodeling and Metastasis of Ovarian Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The glycosyltransferase GALNT10 facilitates ovarian cancer metastasis through the induction of tumor cell EMT and tumor vascular dysfunction. GALNT10 enhanced the extracellular secretion of IGFBP7 through O‐GalNAc glycosylation modification at the T188 site, which subsequently interacts with CD93 on endothelial cells, leading to vascular remodeling ...

Optimizing monosaccharide production from liquid hot water pretreatment and enzymatic hydrolysis of grass-clover press cake

open access: yesHeliyon, 2023
In the present study, clover-grass press cake was treated by liquid hot water at temperatures of 180–200 °C for a reaction time of 5–10 min. Evaluation of pretreatments was based on the monosaccharide yield after enzymatic hydrolysis of the pretreated ...

A Protein‐Centric Strategy Coupled with Match‐Between‐Run Glycoproteomics Enables Discovery of Robust Site‐Specific Glycan Biomarkers for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this study, a highly robust N‐glycoproteomics (HRN) platform with a newly developed match‐between‐run scheme is used for biomarker discovery. This study proposes a protein‐centric strategy to prioritize proteins susceptible to aberrant glycosylation.

Lewis Pair‐Engineered CuMnOx as Cold‐Adapted Multinanozyme for Cooperative Hydrolytic and Oxidative Degradation of Raw Corn Stalk

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A Lewis pair site design strategy was established to construct Cu‐doped Mn‐based amorphous nanozymes, where Mn and oxygen vacancies generate cooperative acid‐base pairs. The resulting multinanozyme integrates glycosidase‐, oxidase‐, and cold‐adapted enzyme‐mimicking activities, enabling cooperative depolymerization of cellulose and hemicellulose ...
