Selective pathogenicity of murine rheumatoid factors of the cryoprecipitable IgG3 subclass [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
To analyze the involvement of rheumatoid factors (RF) in the generation of cryoglobulins and the development of related tissue injuries, we have established a panel of anti-IgG2a RF mAbs derived from MRL/MpJ-lpr/lpr (MRL-lpr), C3H/HeJ-lpr/lpr, and 129/Sv

FlexMol: A Flexible Toolkit for Benchmarking Molecular Relational Learning [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
Molecular relational learning (MRL) is crucial for understanding the interaction behaviors between molecular pairs, a critical aspect of drug discovery and development. However, the large feasible model space of MRL poses significant challenges to benchmarking, and existing MRL frameworks face limitations in flexibility and scope.

3D Interaction Geometric Pre-training for Molecular Relational Learning [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
Molecular Relational Learning (MRL) is a rapidly growing field that focuses on understanding the interaction dynamics between molecules, which is crucial for applications ranging from catalyst engineering to drug discovery. Despite recent progress, earlier MRL approaches are limited to using only the 2D topological structure of molecules, as obtaining ...

UAS Visual Navigation in Large and Unseen Environments via a Meta Agent [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
The aim of this work is to develop an approach that enables Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) to efficiently learn to navigate in large-scale urban environments and transfer their acquired expertise to novel environments. To achieve this, we propose a meta-curriculum training scheme.

The Lyapunov spectrum as the Newton-Raphson method for countable Markov interval maps [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
We consider MRL maps (Markov-Renyi-L\"uroth), a class of interval maps with infinitely many branches that can have parabolic fixed points. We prove that for every MRL map $T$, the Lyapunov spectrum can be expressed in terms of the Legendre transform of the topological pressure of $-t\log|T'|$, generalizing previous results in the area.
