Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)‐derived extracellular vesicles (EVs) enrich the metabolic enzyme ATP‐citrate lyase (ACLY). EV‐transferred ACLY enhances palmitate biosynthesis, increases the S‐palmitoylation and stability of multiple immune checkpoint proteins, augments the cellular immunosuppressive activity, and ultimately accelerates the malignant ...

Autologous tumor‐infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy shows promising efficacy in acral melanoma, yet determinants of durable response remain unclear. By integrating single‐cell transcriptomics and TCR sequencing, this study reveals that TIL products enriched for T follicular helper and intermediate exhausted T cells establish persistent clonal ...

Multidimensional plasticity of natural killer cells in tumours
Natural killer (NK) cells exhibit remarkable adaptability within the tumour microenvironment (TME), where dynamic shifts in phenotype, function and metabolism govern their dual roles in antitumour immunity and tumour immune evasion.

Tumor dsDNA released by cryoablation is taken up by macrophages, activating the cGAS‐STING signaling pathway. This leads to an expansion of the CXCL10+ macrophage pool and increased secretion of CXCL10, which in turn recruits CXCR3+ T cells from draining lymph nodes into the tumor microenvironment to exert anti‐tumor effects.

Natural killer (NK) and lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) cell functions from healthy dogs and 29 dogs with a variety of spontaneous neoplasms [PDF]
To investigate natural killer (NK) and lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) cell functions from 10 healthy dogs and 29 dogs with a variety of spontaneous neoplasms, large granular lymphocytes (LGLs) from blood samples were separated by a 58.5% Percoll ...

One‐Step Glycoengineering of NK Cells With High‐Affinity Siglec Ligands for Cancer Immunotherapy
This study develops an engineered NmCSS enzyme with improved activity for bulky group modified sialic acids, enabling efficient synthesis of structurally diverse sialoside analogs in a single step. Glycan microarray screening identified Siglec high‐affinity ligands, which were incorporated onto natural killer (NK) cells via a one‐pot enzymatic system ...
