TGCAT—A Tool to Analyse the Content of Sea Level Data Portals

open access: yesGeoscience Data Journal, Volume 13, Issue 1, January 2026.
TGCAT is an online tool (www.sonel.org/tgcat) to help sea level data providers, data aggregators, and data users to visualise available tide gauge datasets. It is aimed to improve data referencing and discoverability in the global tide gauge data centres. The code has been fully developed in Python and is open‐source.

Power Optimized 7-Port Router Design with BIST Capability for 3D NoC Architecture [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, 2017
Three-Dimensional (3D) Network-on-Chip (NoC) architectures being the combination of NoC and 3D die stacking chip integration technology are more prone to faults that might occur with ageing, low supply voltage or physical damage of the chip.

Software Defect Prediction With Quantum‐Inspired Feature Selection

open access: yesApplied Computational Intelligence and Soft Computing, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
Accurate software defect prediction is crucial for reducing maintenance costs and improving system reliability. Effective feature selection ensures that models focus on the most informative metrics while avoiding overfitting and excessive complexity. We introduce a quantum‐inspired evolutionary algorithm (QIEA) that encodes candidate feature subsets ...

Formal Proof of the Dependable Bypassing Routing Algorithm Suitable for Adaptive Networks on Chip QnoC Architecture

open access: yesSystems, 2017
Approaches for the design of fault tolerant Network-on-Chip (NoC) for use in System-on-Chip (SoC) reconfigurable technology using Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) technology are challenging, especially in Multiprocessor System-on-Chip (MPSoC) design.

Recent Advances in Mechanobiology‐Mediated In Situ Tissue Engineering

open access: yesInternational Journal of Biomaterials, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
Tissue engineering aims to repair, replace, or regenerate damaged tissues by integrating principles of biology, engineering, and material science. Traditional ex vivo strategies, involving prefabricated cell/scaffold constructs followed by implantation, have shown promise but face significant limitations, including poor vascularization, immune ...

Keystone Predation: What Is It, and Is It Supported by Empirical Evidence?

open access: yesEcology and Evolution, Volume 15, Issue 12, December 2025.
Keystone predation has been widely cited as a key ecological mechanism controlling community structures, but is supported by limited theoretical and experimental studies. Reviewing these studies showed keystone predation has been documented across realms, appears to be most prevalent in sessile and dispersal‐limited communities and can be modified by ...

Insight Into the Role of Protestant Christianity in the Experience of Living With a Suicidal Relative: A Constructivist Grounded Theory Study

open access: yesJournal of Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing, Volume 32, Issue 6, Page 1288-1300, December 2025.
ABSTRACT Introduction Living with a suicidal relative impacts multiple life aspects. However, it is not known how religious beliefs and meaning‐making influence relatives' experiences. Aim This study aimed to develop a theoretical framework to understand the role of religion in the experiences of Christian relatives living with a suicidal loved one ...

Power Spectra of Physics‐Based and Data‐Driven Ensembles

open access: yesMeteorological Applications, Volume 32, Issue 5, September/October 2025.
We plot variance spectra of ensemble analyses, forecasts, and errors to investigate the scale dependence of reliability and skill. Physics‐based and data‐driven spectra are similar at large scales, while small‐scale reliability is difficult to evaluate and achieve.
