Synthesis Towards Fulminic Acid and Its Derivatives in 1, 3-Dipolar Cycloaddition Reactions. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
A new approach to fulminic acid cycloadditions has been developed. At reduced temperatures, fulminic acid is generated in situ and undergoes 1, 3-diploar cycloaddition reactions with dipolarophiles to form isoxazolines and/or its dimers.

Molecular Regulation and Intermolecular Chemistry in Gel Polymer Electrolytes for High‐Voltage Lithium Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this review, from the perspective of molecular design and intermolecular interactions, polymer matrices, solvents, and Li salts used in high‐voltage gel polymer electrolytes (GPEs) are discussed to explore approaches for improving high‐voltage stability.

LncRNA‐MEG3 Regulates Muscle Mass and Metabolic Homeostasis by Facilitating SUZ12 Liquid–Liquid Phase Separation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study has identified lncRNA‐MEG3 as a key regulator of muscle mass, promoting slow‐twitch muscle fibers and preventing muscle atrophy. By stabilizing the SUZ12/PRC2 complex through liquid–liquid phase separation (LLPS), lncRNA‐MEG3 influences mitochondrial function and lipid metabolism.

Synthesis, biological evaluation, molecular docking and in silico ADMET screening studies of novel isoxazoline derivatives from acridone

open access: yesArabian Journal of Chemistry, 2021
A series of new acridone derivatives from isoxazoline (2a-l) were synthesized via 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction between a variety of aryl nitrile oxides and N-allyl acridones using simple and efficient methods.

Dual Role of CRABP2 in Colorectal Cancer: Oncogenesis via Nuclear RB1 and Cytoplasmic AFG3L2/SLC25A39 Axis, While Limiting Liver Metastasis through Cytoplasmic AFG3L2/PINK1/Parkin‐Mediated Mitophagy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CRABP2 plays a dual role in colorectal cancer: it promotes proliferation and suppresses apoptosis through the nuclear CRABP2/RB1 axis and the cytoplasmic AFG3L2/SLC25A39 axis. Meanwhile, it inhibits colorectal liver metastasis via AFG3L2/PINK1/Parkin‐mediated mitophagy.

Mini-Review: Organic catalysts in the 1,3-Dipolar cycloaddition reactions of nitrile oxides [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
In 1961, Huisgen categorized the nitrile oxides (NOs) as a member of a broader class of 1,3-dipoles that were capable of undergoing 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition (DC) reactions. Nevertheless, the cycloaddition (CA) reactions of NOs to alkenes and alkynes are

The E3 Ubiquitin Ligase ARIH1 Facilitates Colorectal Cancer Progression by Promoting Oxidative Phosphorylation via the Mitochondrial Translocation of K63‐Linked Ubiquitinated PHB1

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The RBR E3 ubiquitin ligase ARIH1, which is upregulated in colorectal cancer cells, promotes cell growth and metastasis and correlates with an unfavorable CRC prognosis. Mechanistically, ARIH1 catalyzes K63‐linked ubiquitination of PHB1, enhancing the interaction between PHB1 and Akt.

Deep Learning for GWP Prediction: A Framework Using PCA, Quantile Transformation, and Ensemble Modeling [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
Developing environmentally sustainable refrigerants is critical for mitigating the impact of anthropogenic greenhouse gases on global warming. This study presents a predictive modeling framework to estimate the 100-year global warming potential (GWP 100) of single-component refrigerants using a fully connected neural network implemented on the Multi ...

The Thermal Rearrangement Of Triarylacetonitrile Oxides. [PDF]

open access: yes, 1972
This research is a detailed study of the rearrangement of triarylacetonitrile oxides to the corresponding triarylmethylisocyanates. The kinetics of the rearrangement of triphenylacetonitrlle oxide was followed by infrared absorption spectroscopy using ...
