INFLUENCE OF DIETARY MONENSIN AND LASALOCID ON AGE AND WEIGHT OF BARKI RAM AND EWE-LAMBS AT PUBERTY ( [PDF]

open access: yesAssiut Veterinary Medical Journal, 1997
A number of 18 male and 15 female weaned Barki lambs were used in two experiments to evaluate the comparative effect of dietary monensin or lasalocid on growth rate, rumen fermentation pattern, feed efficiency as well as age and weight at puberty.

An On‐Demand Neuromorphic Vision System Enabled by a Multi‐Paradigm Neuromorphic Device and Hierarchical Reconfigurability Designed from Device to System Level

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An on‐demand ultra‐reconfigurable intelligent vision system with hierarchical reconfigurability from device to system levels is demonstrated. Through co‐design of a multi‐paradigm device, reconfigurable circuits, and adaptive system architecture/algorithms, the system enables seamless switching among spiking, non‐spiking, neuromorphic imaging (NI), and

L2C2: Last-level compressed-contents non-volatile cache and a procedure to forecast performance and lifetime.

open access: yesPLoS ONE, 2023
Several emerging non-volatile (NV) memory technologies are rising as interesting alternatives to build the Last-Level Cache (LLC). Their advantages, compared to SRAM memory, are higher density and lower static power, but write operations wear out the ...

Circuit Design of Programmable Logic and Interconnect Blocks using Spin Transfer Torque RAM for Non-Volatile FPGAs

open access: yes, 2016
Most of the Field-Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) are currently SRAM based. The conventional SRAM has been the primary choice for memory storage in the Configurable Logic Blocks (CLBs) as well as for the configuration bits of the reconfigurable ...

Temperature‐Resilient Reconfigurable Physical Unclonable Function Driven by Pulse Modulation Using CMOS‐Integrated Spintronic Chips

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A reconfigurable physical unclonable function is developed using CMOS‐integrated SOT‐MRAM chips, leveraging a dual‐pulse strategy and offering enhanced environmental robustness. A temperature‐compensation effect arising from the CMOS transistor and SOT‐MTJ is revealed and established as a key prerequisite for thermal resilience.

LANGUAGE RUNTIME NON-VOLATILE RAM AWARE SWAPPING

open access: yes, 2017
One possible way to take advantage of NVRAM’s lower latency is to use it as swap space for a program. Moving stored data from RAM to NVRAM frees up RAM space that can then be used for storing other program data or instructions.

Non-volatile SRAM memory cells based on ReRAM technology

open access: yes, 2020
International audienceStatic Random-Access Memories (SRAMs) are very common in today's chip industry due to their speed and power consumption but are classified as volatile memories. Non-Volatile SRAMs (nvSRAMs) combine SRAM features with non-volatility.

Nano Carbon‐mesh with Excellent Bonding Performance via Hydro‐cage De‐shielding Strategy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A hydro‐cage de‐shielding strategy transforms cellulose‐based films into a dragonfly‐wing‐like nano carbon‐mesh (NCM) adhesive through instantaneous carbonization‐polymerization. The resulting NCM‐plywood achieves exceptional wet shear strength (1.24 MPa at 63°C), exceeding Class II plywood standards, and retains 0.73 MPa after boiling‐water cycles ...
