GLS1 Orchestrates Exosome‐Mediated Tumor‐Endothelial Communication to Facilitate Angiogenesis
This study reveals a previously unappreciated, non‐metabolic function of GLS1 in the control of tumor angiogenesis via exosome‐mediated CAV1‐TNC signaling, indicating that therapeutic targeting of GLS1 may offer a dual benefit by simultaneously suppressing tumor metabolic activity and angiogenic processes in head and neck cancer. Mechanosensory hair cells (HCs) and surrounding supporting cells (SCs) in the mouse cochlea are important for hearing and are derived from the same prosensory progenitors. Notch1 signaling plays dual but contrasting and age-dependent roles in mouse cochlear development: early lateral induction and subsequent lateral inhibition.

Essential Role of Endothelial Notch1 in Angiogenesis [PDF]
Background— Notch signaling influences binary cell fate decisions in a variety of tissues. The Notch1 receptor is widely expressed during embryogenesis and is essential for embryonic development. Loss of global Notch1 function results in early embryonic lethality, but the cell type responsible for ...

An essential role of RNF187 in Notch1 mediated metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma
Background Aberrant activation of Notch signaling has been causally linked to the metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), however the underlying molecular mechanisms are still poorly understood.

The role of chorionic gonadotropin and Notch1 in implantation [PDF]
Failed implantation is a major limiting factor in infertility and early pregnancy loss. In primates, human chorionic gonadotropin mediated inhibition of stromal cell apoptosis and their subsequent differentiation into decidual cells is critical for successful embryo implantation.

A multifunctional β‐GP@EGCG‐E7 nanoplatform is engineered by polyphenol–peptide condensation and phosphate loading. Bone‐targeted delivery, antioxidant and anti‐inflammatory activity, and mitophagy restoration are integrated in one system, enabling protection of osteoblasts and endothelial cells and promoting bone regeneration under diabetic ...
