The 3D‐printed biocompatible chamber provides a temperature controlled, CO2${\rm CO}_2$ and humidity rich environment while accommodating total internal reflection excitation geometry.

This paper presents an agar medium with a phosphorescent grid pattern that measures the stress distribution generated by growing plant roots. Using phosphorescence, the system optically separates the grid pattern from the root and extracts the grid deformation.

Flexible silicon carbide (SiC) microelectrode arrays enable high‐fidelity, multichannel cell extracellular recording and precise localized ablation.
