This study presents a novel strategy for periodontitis treatment by co‐delivering a membrane‐ and ribosome‐targeting antimicrobial peptide GF and Irisin through a pH‐responsive metal‐organic framework. The system enables sequential release, providing rapid antibacterial action, anti‐inflammatory and antioxidative effects, as well as promoting bone ...

Osteoporosis (OP) is a disorder of bone remodeling caused by an imbalance between bone resorption by osteoclasts and bone formation by osteoblasts. Therefore, inhibiting excessive osteoclast activity is one of the promising strategies for treating OP.

Engineering Immune Cell to Counteract Aging and Aging‐Associated Diseases
This review highlights a paradigm shift in which advanced immune cell therapies, initially developed for cancer, are now being harnessed to combat aging. By engineering immune cells to selectively clear senescent cells and remodel pro‐inflammatory tissue microenvironments, these strategies offer a novel and powerful approach to delay age‐related ...

Osteoclast differentiation antigen.
Osteoclasts are the primary cells which perform bone resorption. The origin of these multinucleated giant cells is the haematopoietic stem cells. The differentiation pathway of the osteoclasts has so far been well studied and the cell-lineage of these bone resorbing cells is considered to be close but not identical to the monocytes/macrophages.

Carrier‐free myricetin‐arginine conjugate nanozymes (MANZs) have been fabricated through a Mannich reaction and spontaneous self‐assembly. MANZs selectively accumulate in inflamed joints by targeting M1 macrophages via CAT2‐mediated uptake. The nanozymes can effectively modulate macrophage polarization, suppress osteoclast differentiation, and mitigate

Pearl‐Like Bioinspired Coating Enables Regulation of Mg Degradation for Osteoporotic Bone Repair
In this study, inspired by pearl architecture, we developed a layered Ca–P “brick” and Fn‐mimetic peptide “mortar” coating on Mg alloys. The Ca–P layer moderates corrosion and offers mineral cues, while the peptide enhances adhesion and regulates immune‐vascular responses.
