Türkler, tarih öncesi çağlardan beri geniş bir coğrafyaya yayılım göstermiştir. Bu durum farklı kültürlerle etkileşim kurulmasına ve zengin bir mutfak kültürü oluşmasını sağlamıştır. The food and beverage consumption of societies, food preparation and cooking methods, food presentation and storage tools reflect the culture of that society. In this study, the presentation utensils used in the palace and public kitchens of the Ottoman period were compared with today's presentation utensils.
