Beverage Culture in The Ottoman Palace Cuisine
Traditional Turkish cuisine has a very rich cultural accumulation with its food and beverages in the historical process from past to present. In the Ottoman period, which hosted the important processes in the shaping of Turkish cuisine, the infrastructure of many elements of culinary culture was created.
