CuO nanoparticles with PAMAM dendrimers
Journal of Coordination Chemistry, 2016AbstractAn easy pathway to synthesize a variety of cupric oxide (CuO) nanoshapes by a one-step wet chemical method is reported. CuO nanoparticles and nanorods were obtained from CuCl2 in a mixture of water and DMSO in the absence of a base at room temperature.

Adsorption of Hg(II) ions by PAMAM dendrimers modified attapulgite composites
Reactive & functional polymers, 2019This research focused on developing a series of (G1.0, G2.0, G3.0 and G4.0) PAMAM dendrimers modified attapulgite (ATP) sorbents (G1.0-G4.0 PAMAM-ATP) to remove Hg(II) from aqueous solution.

PAMAM dendrimers and prospects of their application in medicine
Medicine of Extreme Situations, 2022Development of drug delivery systems based on branched biocompatible polymers is one of the most promising areas of modern nanopharmaceutics. Researchers have been exploring this area several decades now, and the results of their efforts quickly find their way into production.

Nanoscale Protein Pores Modified with PAMAM Dendrimers
Journal of the American Chemical Society, 2007We describe nanoscale protein pores modified with a single hyperbranched dendrimer molecule inside the channel lumen. Sulfhydryl-reactive polyamido amine (PAMAM) dendrimers of generations 2, 3 and 5 were synthesized, chemically characterized, and reacted with engineered cysteine residues in the transmembrane pore alpha-hemolysin.

Antioxidant Action by Gold−PAMAM Dendrimer Nanocomposites
Langmuir, 2004Gold-dendrimer nanocomposites were prepared in the presence of poly(amidoamine) (PAMAM) dendrimer (generation 3, 3.5, 5, and 5.5) via reduction of HAuCl4 with sodium borohydride. The average particle size of the gold nanoparticles was independent of the dendrimer concentration, ranging between 3.0 and 4.3 nm in diameter. The catalytic activities of the

Convergent Synthesis of Internally Branched PAMAM Dendrimers
Organic Letters, 2005[reaction: see text] A series of aliphatic internally branched poly(amido amine) dendrons and dendrimers has been synthesized. The internal branching unit was 1,2-propanediamine and a series of PAMAM-type dendrons of the types AB2, AB4, and AB8 were built.

Cytotoxicity and in vivo plasma kinetic behavior of surface-functionalized PAMAM dendrimers.
Nanomedicine : nanotechnology, biology, and medicine, 2018Understanding the molecular features responsible for the plasma kinetics of surface-modified polyamido amine (PAMAM) dendrimers is critical to explore novel biomedical applications for these nanomaterials.

Fluorescence emission from PAMAM and PPI dendrimers
Journal of Colloid and Interface Science, 2007A strong fluorescence emission from poly(amido amine) (PAMAM) dendrimers with different terminal groups or a poly(propylene imine) (PPI) dendrimer was studied under different conditions by varying experimental parameters such as pH value, aging time, temperature, and concentration.
