HPB, 2001 This is a single case report of a rare tumour, pancreatic leiomyosarcoma.A 44-year-old woman presented with a painless epigastric mass, and CT scan showed a cystic lesion of the head of pancreas. An associated epigastric mass was found to be a lipoma. Pancreatoduodenectomy was successfully performed.
