Targeting the DNA Damage Response in Cancer

Targeting the DNA damage response (DDR) reshapes both tumor vulnerability and antitumor immunity. DNA lesions and DDR inhibitors can promote cytosolic nucleic‐acid sensing, antigen presentation, and immune activation, but can also induce adaptive immune escape.
