A multifunctional nanoagonist (cDZ@IP) enables nano‐metabolite–driven multimodal activation of the STING pathway and enhanced immune recognition, achieving potent antitumor immunity and suppressing tumor growth and metastasis. This strategy highlights the rational design of therapeutic metabolites and establishes a new paradigm bridging nanomedicine ...

This study identifies SNRPF as a critical oncogenic driver in ovarian cancer. By regulating a self‐sustaining SNRPF–DDX24–E2F4 feedback loop through intron retention and nonsense‐mediated decay, SNRPF couples RNA splicing with transcriptional regulation to promote tumor progression.

Dual priming with minocycline and photodynamic priming reprograms the pancreatic tumor microenvironment to overcome chemoresistance. By suppressing DNA repair enzyme Tdp1, inducing photooxidative damage, and enhancing irinotecan delivery via light‐activated nanoencapsulation, this strategy remodels the tumor microenvironment and drives immune ...

PARP-1 couples β-catenin/TCF4 signaling to epithelial–mesenchymal transition in endometriosis
Endometriosis exhibits epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT)-aligned traits that promote invasion and lesion persistence. We investigated whether poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase-1 (PARP-1) coordinates β-catenin/TCF4 activity with EMT programs and whether ...

Heat Shock Protein 90: From Molecular Chaperone Function to Therapeutic Targeting in Malignancies
In this review, an integrated conceptual framework linking HSP90's molecular chaperone functions to its pathological roles in cancer is proposed. HSP90 serves as a central node that integrates oncogenic signaling, buffers proteotoxic stress, maintains cancer stem cell plasticity, and shapes tumor‐immune interactions, all of which converge to drive ...

PARP-1 deregulation in multiple sclerosis
Background Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase 1 (PARP-1) plays pivotal roles in immune and inflammatory responses. Accumulating evidence suggests PARP-1 as a promising target for immunomodulation in multiple sclerosis and natalizumab-associated progressive ...
