Peritoneal carcinomatosis is rare in prostate cancer especially in the absence of skeletal or other visceral metastases. We report a case of hormone refractory adenocarcinoma prostate presenting with only peritoneal metastases and massive malignant ...

This study shows that a PARP inhibitor combined with anlotinib, administered as bridging therapy, preconditions the tumor microenvironment to enhance the infiltration and antitumor activity of subsequently infused CAR‐T cells across preclinical ovarian cancer models, supporting bridging therapy as a promising strategy to address limited CAR‐T cell ...

Objectives: In Japan, there are three grades of peritoneal metastasis from colorectal cancer. The grade depends on the extent and number of lesions (P classification). The P classification is useful for its simplicity but lacks objectivity.

A Transformer‐based AI framework, DLINP, screens millions of compounds to identify Co68, a cobalt‐pincer organometallic complex that biases TLR4‐MD2 signaling toward antitumor interferon activation while suppressing inflammatory toxicity through an early TLR4‐SYK‐STAT1 axis.

Macrophage PABPC4‐SPP1 Axis Orchestrates Immunosuppression in Colorectal Cancer
In the CRC microenvironment, macrophage PABPC4 binds to the 3′UTR of SPP1 mRNA to stabilize its expression, thereby sustaining M2‐like immunosuppressive macrophage polarization. Concurrently, this axis suppresses CD8+ T cell effector functions via CD44 signaling, collectively fostering an immunosuppressive niche that drives tumor progression.

This review elucidates how cancer cell metabolic reprogramming—across glucose, lipid, amino acid, and nucleotide pathways—remodels the tumor microenvironment to suppress anti‐tumor immunity and promote immune escape. Targeting these metabolic axes offers promising strategies to overcome immunotherapy resistance and enhance cancer treatment.

Leveraging Microphysiological Systems to Facilitate Neutrophil‐Based Cancer Immunotherapy
Microphysiological systems are emerging as powerful human‐relevant platforms for studying neutrophil biology in cancer. Current applications of spheroids, organoids, and organ‐on‐a‐chip models are reviewed, together with future opportunities in behaviorome profiling, multi‐omics integration, personalized medicine, immune crosstalk, and multi‐organ ...

Peritoneal Metastases from Appendiceal Cancer
The early symptoms of appendiceal cancer may mimic the clinical picture of appendicitis. Most patients are diagnosed incidentally during surgical exploration or late when peritoneal or systemic dissemination has already occurred, as colonoscopy rarely will diagnose an appendiceal cancer.

Chronic stress reshapes the gut microbiota and enriches Lactobacillus reuteri, promoting microbiota‐associated kynurenine accumulation through altered tryptophan metabolism. Kynurenine drives immunosuppressive remodeling of tumor‐associated macrophages through TNFR2–C/EBPβ signaling, thereby enhancing gastric cancer dissemination.

ABSTRACT Scirrhous gastric cancer, characterized by diffuse infiltration and a high propensity for peritoneal dissemination, remains one of the most aggressive subtypes of gastric cancer. Despite a relatively high incidence of splenic hilar lymph node (No. 10) metastasis, the oncologic benefit of splenectomy remains controversial, while its association
