GCN2 in proteostasis: structural logic, signalling networks and disease
Threats to protein synthesis activate the kinase GCN2, initiating the integrated stress response (ISR). GCN2 is triggered by stalled ribosomes and uncharged tRNAs, which accumulate when amino acids are scarce. The ISR adjusts cellular physiology by promoting redox balance, protein quality control, and mitochondrial optimisation.

Spatiotemporal dynamics of β‐arrestin‐mediated Src activation in 5‐HT7 receptor signaling pathway
GPCRs induce distinct cellular responses via G protein‐ or β‐arrestin‐mediated signaling pathways. This study revealed that β‐arrestin‐biased 5‐HT7R ligand induces slow, sustained Src activation, contrasting with transient G protein‐mediated activation.

The Role of Index Fund Ownership in the Era of Say‐on‐Pay
ABSTRACT We examine whether and how index funds influence executive compensation in the post‐Say‐on‐Pay era. Using the annual reconstitution of the Russell indexes as a source of exogenous variation in index fund ownership, we document a causal effect of index ownership on CEO pay structure.

Organization Capital and Firm Resilience to Cash Flow Shocks
ABSTRACT Spanning a 3‐year window before and after the COVID‐19 pandemic (2017–2022), this study examines the role of organizational capital in shaping firm resilience to cash flow shocks. We find that organizational capital significantly mitigates adverse cash flow impacts arising from pandemic‐related operational disruptions.

ABSTRACT This article examines how workplace fertility governance operates as a system of control, consent, and inequality shaped by organizational, cultural, and institutional forces. Drawing on feminist theory, we develop a multilevel framework of cascading accountability that integrates symbolic violence, biopolitics, chrononormativity, and ...

From inclusion to (neuro)divergent safe space in organizations
Abstract Neurodiversity in organizations remains an underexplored area, leaving gaps in understanding how organizations may create safe spaces for and with neurodivergent employees. This article engages with current neuro‐inclusion debates and advocates for a shift towards a framework of (neuro)divergent safe space, offering a more refined exploration ...
