Many job applications on the Web provide only simple Boolean comparison using only basic information requirements (i.e., degree, age) for searching and matching jobs to candidates. The net effect is too many 'hits'. We showed that personality is an important factor for the hiring process and satisfaction of employers and employees.

Towards Effective and Interpretable Person-Job Fitting
