-Ga2O3 polymorphic heterostructures on c-plane sapphire for deep-ultraviolet optoelectronics
Thin polymorphic gallium oxide films were grown on c-plane sapphire using pulsed laser deposition. The stacked thin films (ϵ-Ga2O3 and β-Ga2O3) were sequentially grown under the same conditions but in a different ambience.

SPG4 and Dementia: Expanding the Clinical Spectrum
ABSTRACT Objective Hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP) is a group of disorders characterized by progressive spasticity and lower limb weakness, with mutations in SPG4/SPAST being the most common cause. Detailed studies and clinical and molecular comparisons across different populations are missing.

Parsing with polymorphism [PDF]
Certain phenomena resist coverage within the Lambek Calculus, such as scope-ambiguity and non-peripheral extraction. I have argued in previous work that an extension called Polymorphic Lambek Calculus (PLC), which adds variables and their universal quantification, covers these phenomena.

Type−directed weaving of aspects for polymorphically typed functional languages [PDF]
Incorporating aspect-oriented paradigm to a polymorphically typed functional language enables the declaration of type-scoped advice, in which the effect of an aspect can be harnessed by introducing possibly polymorphic type constraints to the aspect ...

ABSTRACT Objective High‐resolution MRI enables detailed assessment of intracranial vessel wall pathology in moyamoya vasculopathy. We aimed to classify adult moyamoya vasculopathy etiologies using high‐resolution MRI and to examine subtype‐specific associations between high‐resolution MRI features and ischemic infarction.

Phylogenetic analysis of Cryptosporidium isolates from captive reptiles using 18S rDNA sequence data and random amplified polymorphic DNA analys [PDF]
Sequence alignment of a polymerase chain reaction-amplified 713-base pair region of the Cryptosporidium 18S rDNA gene was carried out on 15 captive reptile isolates from different geographic locations and compared to both Cryptosporidium parvum and ...

Characterisation of polymorphic DNA and its application to typing of Entamoeba histolytica and Entamoeba dispar [PDF]
A key question in amoebiasis is whether the variable symptoms of amoebic infections are a reflection of different strains of E. histolytica. To address this, tools that allow typing of E. histolytica isolates are needed and this

Sertraline Treatment Can Mimic Niemann‐Pick Type C Biomarker Profile: A Diagnostic Pitfall
ABSTRACT Background Oxysterols (cholestane‐3β,5α,6β‐triol and 7‐ketocholesterol) and N‐palmitoyl‐O‐phosphocholineserine (PPCS) are sensitive biomarkers for Niemann‐Pick disease type C (NPC) screening. However, false‐positive results occur, with a biomarker profile suggestive of NPC despite the absence of pathogenic variants in genes involved in NPC or ...
