Efficient spectroscopic imaging by an optimized encoding of pretargeted resonances [PDF]
PurposeA “relaxation‐enhanced” (RE) approach to acquire in vivo localized spectra with flat baselines and good sensitivity has been recently proposed. As RE MR spectroscopy (MRS) targets a subset of a priori known resonances, new possibilities arise to acquire spectroscopic imaging data in faster, more efficient manners.

In Vivo Radionuclide Generators for Diagnostics and Therapy [PDF]
In vivo radionuclide generators make complex combinations of physical and chemical properties available for medical diagnostics and therapy. Perhaps the best-known in vivo generator is 212Pb/212Bi, which takes advantage of the extended half-life of 212Pb

Development of an oxygen-sensitive degradable peptide probe for the imaging of hypoxia-inducible factor-1-active regions in tumors. [PDF]
[Purpose]We aimed to develop a radiolabeled peptide probe for the imaging of hypoxia-inducible factor-1 (HIF-1)-active tumors. [Procedures]We synthesized the peptide probes that contain or lack an essential sequence of the oxygen-dependent degradation of

Single cell imaging of Bruton's Tyrosine Kinase using an irreversible inhibitor [PDF]
A number of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitors are currently in development, yet it has been difficult to visualize BTK expression and pharmacological inhibition in vivo in real time.

Chapter Pretargeted Theranostics [PDF]
Personalized medicine is becoming an integral part of our healthcare system, in which theranostics play a fundamental role. Nanomedicines such as monoclonal antibodies are a commonly used targeting vector in such approaches due to their outstanding ...

Direct imaging of glycans in Arabidopsis roots via click labeling of metabolically incorporated azido-monosaccharides [PDF]
Background: Carbohydrates, also called glycans, play a crucial but not fully understood role in plant health and development. The non-template driven formation of glycans makes it impossible to image them in vivo with genetically encoded fluorescent tags

Tetrazine Ligation in Living Systems: Beyond Fast Kinetics to Effective Bioorthogonality
Rapid reaction kinetics (k2) alone do not ensure successful tetrazine ligation in living systems. This review introduces ‘effective orthogonality’—focusing on chemical survival, availability, and encounter—as a practical framework. We highlight how bottlenecks shift from cellular sinks to in vivo delivery limits, offering design strategies for reliable
