Heat Therapy: Targeting Health, Disease, and Disability
The predominance of evidence suggests heat therapy has an impact on all aspects of health and performance, but the drivers of that improvement, the extent to which they are improved, and the specific populations in which improvements manifest are far from completely understood.

Molecular Mechanisms and Therapeutic Potential of DJ‐1 in Skeletal Muscle Homeostasis and Disease
DJ‐1 protein functions as a redox‐sensing guardian in skeletal muscle by coordinating antioxidant defense, mitochondrial homeostasis, metabolic adaptation, and anti‐atrophy signaling. Enhancing its function holds promise as a potential therapeutic strategy for muscle atrophy, ALS, and metabolic myopathies.

Hypercapnia Effects on Lung Function
CO2 is a signaling molecule that disrupts alveolar fluid clearance and ion transport, impairs alveolar repair, and promotes mitochondrial and endoplasmic reticulum dysfunction. It suppresses innate immunity, host defense, and inflammation, while increasing airway contractility.

Pan‐cancer analysis reveals an inflammatory phenotype remodeling of tissue‐resident macrophages (iTRM) in the tumor microenvironment, which is associated with immunosuppression. Tissue‐resident macrophages and monocyte‐derived macrophages exhibit convergent differentiation toward a similar inflammatory phenotype. iTRM‐enriched ecosystems are associated

Clock gene dysregulation in epilepsy: A systematic review
Abstract Objective Epileptic seizures show a rhythmic pattern, being more frequent at particular times of the day (e.g., only occurring during sleep), suggesting a role of the circadian rhythm. Clock genes regulate the circadian rhythm and might be involved in the pathophysiology of epilepsy.
