Heat Shock Protein 90: From Molecular Chaperone Function to Therapeutic Targeting in Malignancies
In this review, an integrated conceptual framework linking HSP90's molecular chaperone functions to its pathological roles in cancer is proposed. HSP90 serves as a central node that integrates oncogenic signaling, buffers proteotoxic stress, maintains cancer stem cell plasticity, and shapes tumor‐immune interactions, all of which converge to drive ...

This study presents a multimatrix untargeted metabolomics analysis of fecal, plasma, and urine samples from individuals at high risk for pancreatic cancer development. Integrated multivariate and cofactor‐adjusted models were applied to characterize cross‐matrix metabolomic associations, incorporating pancreatic magnetic resonance imaging data, sex ...

Plastic Diets Drive Microbiome and Metabolic Reprogramming in Wax Moth Larvae (Achroia grisella)
Wax moth larvae (Achroia grisella) can consume LDPE and PLA, triggering polymer‐specific restructuring of the gut microbiome and host metabolism. LDPE feeding enriches Bacillus spp. and is associated with shifts in carbohydrate and amino‐acid pathways consistent with hydrocarbon processing, whereas PLA feeding enriches Enterococcus spp.

Nicotinamide Reverses the Warburg Effect in CHO Cell Culture
ABSTRACT The Warburg effect, the preferential conversion of glucose‐derived pyruvat to lactate despite available oxygen, is a key feature of Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell culture. Lactate accumulation in recombinant protein‐producing cell culture is an inefficient usage of glucose, as well as being deleterious to cells.

Mendelian Randomization Analysis of Human Blood Metabolites and Sensorineural Hearing Loss
ABSTRACT Objectives The role of the human blood metabolites and sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL) has been extensively studied, but the exact causal relationship remains uncertain. To address this knowledge gap, two‐sample Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis was employed to investigate the potential causal effects of blood metabolites on the risk of ...
