Endogenously Triggered DNAzyme‐Based Nanostructures for Gene‐Combined Therapy

DNAzymes show great promise for gene regulation and therapeutic use via controlled release triggered by endogenous factors. This review summarizes recent advances in designing and constructing nanoscale platforms enabling endogenously triggered release of DNAzyme.

Ungesättigte Phosphinoxide für modulares Antikörper‐Rebridging und Einkomponenten Peptid‐Zyklisierung‐Biokonjugation

Wir berichten über die modulare Synthese ungesättigter PV‐Reagenzien ausgehend von Triethinyl‐Phosphinoxid mittels CuAAC. Diethinyl‐Triazolyl‐Phosphinoxide ermöglichen das schnelle, selektive und stabile Rebridging von Antikörper‐Disulfidbrücken, wie am Beispiel eines selektiv wirksamen Antikörper‐Wirkstoff‐Konjugats gezeigt wird.

Der Ursprung des Lebens im Hadaikum erforderte die Bildung von Aminosäuren und Nukleosiden als Schlüsselmoleküle des Lebens. In einer oft postulierten stark reduzierenden Atmosphäre bilden sich HCN und seine Derivate robust als plausible Ausgangsstoffe. Aber HCN bildet sich nicht in der schwach reduzierenden Atmosphäre des Hadaikums.

We report the modular synthesis of unsaturated P5 reagents starting from triethynyl‐phosphine oxide via CuAAC. On the basis of 102 assigned frequencies to in plane vibrations of pyrimidine, pyrimidine-2-d2, pyrimidine-2, 5-d2, pyrimidine-4,6-d2, pyrimidine-2,4,6-d3 and pyrimidine-d4, 35 valance force field constants including 14 principals and 21 interaction force constants are calculated.
