Self‐Assembly of Organic–Inorganic Copolymers Toward Bio‐Inspired Cementitious Composites

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Organic–inorganic copolymerization of calcium silicate hydrate and thioctic acid produces a self‐organized nanocomposite inspired by the disordered collagen–mineral architecture of trabecular bone. The resulting material combines a compressive strength above 300 MPa with intrinsic physical reprocessibility, retaining over 80% of its strength and energy

Design and Analysis of SEU Hardened Latch for Low Power and High Speed Applications

open access: yesJournal of Low Power Electronics and Applications, 2019
Due to the reduction in technology scaling, gate capacitance and charge storage in sensitive nodes are rapidly decreasing, making Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) circuits more sensitive to soft errors caused by radiation.

Magnetoelectric BaTiO3/CoFe2O4 Thin‐Film Meshes for Neuronal Differentiation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We engineer an epitaxial BaTiO3/CoFe2O4 magnetoelectric mesh that overcomes boundary‐induced mechanical clamping. Progressively reducing the mechanical constraint, from substrate‐clamped to PDMS‐transferred and ultimately freestanding, enhances magnetic‐to‐electric transduction and strengthens magnetoelectric coupling.

A Radiation-Hardened Low-Power SRAM with Enhanced Write Capability for Space Applications

open access: yesApplied Sciences
With continued scaling of CMOS technology, the critical charge required for state retention in SRAM cells has decreased, leading to increased vulnerability to radiation-induced soft errors such as single-event upsets (SEUs) and single-event multi-node ...

High‐Pressure Modulation of Breathing Kagome Lattice: Cascade of Lifshitz Transitions and Evolution of the Electronic Structure

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
External pressure directly tunes the breathing distortion of the kagome lattice in Fe3Sn2, suppressing it near 15 GPa and reversing it at higher pressures. This structural modulation drives a cascade of Lifshitz transitions, reconstructs the Fermi surface, strengthens electronic correlations and carrier localization, and modifies ultrafast electron ...
