FinFET SRAM hardening through design and technology parameters considering process variations [PDF]
Radiation-induced soft errors have become one of the most important reliability concerns in the nanometer regime. In this paper, we analyze two alternatives to improve FinFET-based SRAM cell hardening.

Current Status and Challenges in Data Collection for Aerospace Coatings Deposited by Plasma Spraying
An innovative approach has been integrated into the GRENAT project to optimize plasma spraying and coating performance. Raw materials are accelerated and melted in the plasma generated by torches, creating coatings. Monitoring sensors collect process data which are combined with ex situ characterization data.

Regular exposure of facial skin to sunlight promotes wrinkle formation; ultraviolet (UV) radiation causes the skin to harden and lose its elasticity. To study UV damage to the skin in vitro, a short-term in vitro photoaging model is required.

Cement-waste interactions: hardening self-compacting mortar exposed to gamma radiation [PDF]
: For the disposal of high level radioactive waste and for attenuation of the emitted radiation, the Belgian supercontainer concept considers the use of cylindrical concrete containers: the radwaste (encapsulated in a canister and stainless steel ...

Cathodic Cage Plasma Deposition of Nanostructured Cu–Fe–Se Coatings on Poly(methyl Methacrylate)
Nanostructured Cu–Fe–Se coatings are deposited on PMMA by a modified cathodic cage plasma process, enabling low‐temperature deposition on polymer substrates. A transition from discontinuous to compact morphology is observed with temperature, with optimal properties at 200°C, where improved CuFeSe2‐type bonding, lowest sheet resistance, and favorable ...
