This Account showcases a modular, multi‐arm linker platform that decouples payload loading from antibody conjugation. By leveraging a computationally designed ACPGHA zinc‐binding motif, we demonstrate the construction of homogeneous antibody‐drug conjugates and theranostic antibody‐radionuclide conjugates with high payload loading. The multi‐arm linker

Summary To summarize, radiolabeled antibodies are used as an experimental therapy to treat certain tumors that have tumor-associated antigens. Preliminary phase I–II studies have shown that radiolabeled antibodies did bring about a remission in some individuals while also avoiding many side effects.

ABSTRACT Introduction/Aims Degradation of cell‐surface acetylcholine receptors (AChRs) by antigenic modulation is a key pathogenic mechanism of myasthenia gravis (MG) autoantibodies, yet standard assays primarily detect antibody binding rather than functional effects.

Investigation of bacterial adherence to a non-precious alloy with radiolabeling method
The objective of this study was to investigate the bacterial adherence to a non-precious alloy with radiolabeling method. S. mutans, E. coliand C. albicanswere labeled with Tc-99m by using stannous chloride and their radiolabeling yields were calculated.

ABSTRACT Sickle cell disease (SCD) affects millions worldwide but has limited treatment options, most of which carry significant side effects. At present, the only curative treatment for SCD is allogeneic or gene‐modified autologous hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) transplantation (Tx).

Sodium Ions Affect GPR17 Conformational States and Functionality
ABSTRACT Sodium is an allosteric modulator of several class‐A GPCR regulating active versus inactive conformation state and may be a critical issue for the optimization of crystallization procedures. Herein, the role of Na+ in the regulation of GPR17 conformational states was studied through MD simulations of GPR17 wild‐type and mutated on two ...
