Vascular calcification significantly elevates cardiovascular risk in CKD patients, yet no effective therapies exist to halt its progression. We developed a dual targeting nanoplatform Ti3C2/RANKL/OCN/Cyanidin (TROC) for the targeted delivery of cyanidin against vascular calcification.

Osteoclast‐Derived SLIT3 Mediates Osteoarthritis Pain and Degenerative Changes
In TMJ‐OA, osteoclasts play a significant role in promoting the growth of sensory nerves at the osteochondral interface. In early OA, TRAP+ osteoclast‐derived SLIT3 induces sensory nerve growth into the condylar cartilage. This nerve growth facilitates the development of pain associated with OA.

Presenilin L166P Mutation, a Model of Familial Alzheimer's Disease, Leads to Early Onset Bone Loss
Female‐specific bone loss in Alzheimer's disease mouse models: There is a significant alteration of bone phenotype during Alzheimer's disease. Using integrated imaging and biological assays, we observed changes in the bone microarchitecture, composition, and function in PSEN K1 and PSEN1/hAPP Tg+ mice, predominantly in the females.
