Safety Signals of CRS and ICANS With Tarlatamab in Relapsed Small Cell Lung Cancer: Insights From a Small Case Study

In 11 patients with relapsed small cell lung cancer treated with tarlatamab, CRS occurred in 63.6% and was limited to cycle 1 day 1 or day 8; all events were Grade 1–2 and manageable without tocilizumab or treatment discontinuation. One patient developed Grade 3 ICANS and fully recovered, while NLR showed an exploratory association with CRS.
