Molecular Pathogenesis of Inherited Platelet Dysfunction
Inherited platelet function disorders (IPFD) are characterized by normal platelet count and morphology but impaired function due to pathogenic variants in genes encoding membrane receptors, granule constituents, or intracellular signaling proteins ...

Heterologous regulation of ADP and thromboxane receptors on human platelets
Thromboxane A2 (TXA2) and ADP are both major positive feedback mediators of platelet activation and act through G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) on the platelet surface.

[Characterization of thromboxane A2 receptors in rat kidney].
The renal TXA2 receptors were investigated in preparations derived from rat kidney. Perfused rat kidneys were removed and separated into cortex and medulla. Each subcellular fraction was prepared by a sucrose density gradient method for analyzing the subcellular distribution of TXA2 receptors.
