Concurrent treatment with methotrexate (MTX) and antiepileptic drugs, such as phenobarbital (PB), reduces the efficacy of MTX chemotherapy in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). This can result from defective Reduced folate carrier (Rfc1)-dependent cellular uptake of MTX.

Cross‐Scale Hierarchical Targeted Delivery System Based on Small‐Scale Magnetic Robots

This article reviews a cross‐scale hierarchical targeted delivery system that integrates magnetic continuum robots and magnetic microrobots. By combining rapid long‐range navigation with precise microscale targeting, the system overcomes key limitations of single‐scale approaches.

Interactions of Antibody Drug Conjugate Anti‐Tubulin and Topoisomerase I Inhibitor Payloads with Radiotherapy to Potentiate Immunotherapy

Antibody drug conjugates deliver their cytotoxic anti‐tubulin or topoisomerase I inhibitor payloads to tumors through cancer cell receptor targeting. The released drug payloads induce cellular changes that interact with radiotherapy resulting in radiosensitization that improves cancer cell kill and stimulates anti‐tumor immune responses.
