This review surveys nanoparticle‐based strategies to enhance adoptive cell therapy, particularly CAR‐T cell approaches, in solid tumor treatment. It describes how nanoparticles can improve tumor immunogenicity and T‐cell infiltration while reducing toxicity, and how they enable in vivo CAR‐T cell generation.

Presynaptic proteins of ribbon synapses in the retina
The synapses of photoreceptors and bipolar cells in the retina are characterized ultrastructurally by the presence of an electron-dense bar, the synaptic ribbon, lying perpendicular to the plasma membrane at the active zone and extending about 0.5 microm into the cytoplasm. Hence, these synapses are known as ribbon synapses.
