Neonate and Adult Human Platelet RNA-seq and Ribo-seq Data
To compare the neonatal platelet transcriptome and translatome changes during development, RNA-seq and Ribo-seq were performed in platelet obtained from adult and cord blood (CB). For RNA-seq, there are 11 CB samples and 9 adult samples.

The P‐class pentatricopeptide repeat (PPR) protein PHOTOSYSTEM ONE BIOGENESIS FACTOR (PBF6) forms splicing complexes with other known splicing factors to facilitate chloroplast intron splicing. PBF6 cooperates with other PPR splicing factors to promote the splicing of the same intron through forming respective splicing complexes.

Host tissue cues including temperature, oxygen, and iron availability regulate expression of the Yersinia type III secretion system (T3SS) master regulator LcrF. We found that CpxR inhibits LcrF through an indirect, multi‐factorial mechanism and identified the osmolarity‐sensing OmpR/EnvZ system as an additional regulator of LcrF, highlighting ...

Ribo-seq guided design of enhanced protein secretion in Komagataella phaffii
Abstract The production of recombinant proteins requires the precise coordination of various biological processes, including protein synthesis, folding, trafficking, and secretion. The overproduction of a heterologous protein can impose various bottlenecks on these networks.

Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus: A persistent seed‐borne threat to cucurbits
Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus (CGMMV) is a highly stable, seed‐borne tobamovirus that threatens global cucurbit production. Its efficient mechanical and seed transmission, long‐term environmental persistence, and the spread of Clade II CGMMV isolates drive its rapid dissemination and cause severe yield losses.

ABSTRACT Soybean (Glycine max) is an important crop for its nutritional value. Its wild relative, Glycine soja, provides a valuable genetic resource for improving soybean productivity. Root development and differentiation are essential for soybean plants to take up water and nutrients, store energy and anchor themselves.

The inhibition of mitochondrial dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH) impairs syncytialization and induces cellular senescence via mitochondrial and endoplasmic reticulum stress in human trophoblast stem cells, elevating sFlt1/PlGF levels, a hallmark of placental dysfunction in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.
