RP-HPLC Binding Domains of Proteins

Analytical Chemistry, 1998
Procedures have been developed to identify the chromatographic binding domains of horse heart cytochrome c (Cyt c) and bovine growth hormone (bGH) during their interaction with reversed-phase sorbent materials. The procedure involves adsorption of the protein solute to the chromatographic sorbent, followed by proteolytic cleavage.

Assay of CCNU in Tumor by RP-HPLC

Artificial Cells, Blood Substitutes, and Biotechnology, 2005
This paper reports a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Lomustine (CCNU) in mouse tumor tissue. CCNU was separated and determined on a reverse-phase C18 5 microm column with a mobile phase of H2O-acetonitrile (54:46), detected at 254 nm and no internal standard. The calibration curve was linear (r = 0.9999) within the range of 0.98-15.68 microg/ml

Estimation of Lopinavir by RP-HPLC

Research Journal of Pharmacy and Technology, 2019
Simple, sensitive and accurate HPLC method has been developed for the estimation of Lopinavir in pharmaceutical dosage forms. Lopinavir is an antiretroviral drug. Chromatographic separation was conducted on phenomenex lunar (250x4.6mm, 5µ) column at temperature 35°C, using a mobile phase composition of Acetonitrile: Water (70:30). The flow rate was 1ml/

Quantification of Pitolisant: A RP - HPLC study

YMER Digital, 2022
Objective An attempt was made to develop a simple, isocratic and robust reverse phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for Pitolisant. Material and methods An Inertsil octa decyl silane column and photo diode array detector were employed for the quantification of Pitolisant at 268 nm using a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.1
