Assay of CCNU in Tumor by RP-HPLC
Artificial Cells, Blood Substitutes, and Biotechnology, 2005This paper reports a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Lomustine (CCNU) in mouse tumor tissue. CCNU was separated and determined on a reverse-phase C18 5 microm column with a mobile phase of H2O-acetonitrile (54:46), detected at 254 nm and no internal standard. The calibration curve was linear (r = 0.9999) within the range of 0.98-15.68 microg/ml

The RP-HPLC analysis of anthocyanins
Chromatographia, 1998Conditions were determined for the separation of a complex set of anthocyanins (free aglycones, mono- and multiglycosides and esterified forms) by HPLC. The optimised gradient elution method was then used to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis of anthocyanin compounds present in the callus tissue ofRudbeckia hirta L. and the tubular flowers

Estimation of Lopinavir by RP-HPLC
Research Journal of Pharmacy and Technology, 2019Simple, sensitive and accurate HPLC method has been developed for the estimation of Lopinavir in pharmaceutical dosage forms. Lopinavir is an antiretroviral drug. Chromatographic separation was conducted on phenomenex lunar (250x4.6mm, 5µ) column at temperature 35°C, using a mobile phase composition of Acetonitrile: Water (70:30). The flow rate was 1ml/

Determination of tomatine in Solanum cathayanum by RP-HPLC
China Journal of Chinese Matera Medica, 2010To develop an HPLC method for determination of tomatine in the dried Solanum cathayanum of China Hubei Enshi. The analysis was performed on a YMC-Pack ODS-AA column (4. 6 mm x 150 mm, 5 microm) eluted with acetonitrile and water in gradient mode. The concentration of acetonitrile in the mobile phase changes from 20% to 100% within 60 minutes.

Purification of Large “Troublesome” Polypeptides by RP-HPLC
Cold Spring Harbor Protocols, 2006INTRODUCTIONThis protocol addresses the group of large polypeptides that have proved to be troublesome to handle because of their low solubility or the presence of secondary structural elements that favor supramolecular self-self assembly. Included in this group are polypeptides with amphipathic α-helical or β-sheet structures with extensive runs of ...

Determination of flavonoids in Semen Cuscutae by RP-HPLC
Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis, 2002Flavonoids contents in 40 samples of Semen Cuscutae collected from areas all around China were investigated. Five principal flavonoids, quercetin 3-O-beta-D-galactoside-7-O-beta-D-glucoside, quercetin 3-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-galactoside, hyperoside, quercetin and kaempferol were analyzed simultaneously by using a reversed phase liquid ...

Packing Capillary Columns for RP-HPLC
Cold Spring Harbor Protocols, 2006INTRODUCTIONCapillary or microcolumn (<0.5-mm internal diameter [I.D.]) high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is an extremely powerful technique for separating small quantities of proteins and peptides. This protocol describes a procedure for adapting conventional HPLC systems to provide accurate low-flow rates (0.4-4 μl/min) and gradients ...

A RP-HPLC method for the determination of tea catechins
Cancer Letters, 1997An HPLC method with gradient elution for the quantification of catechins ((-)-epigallocatechin (EGC), (+)-catechin (C), (-)-epicatechin (EC), (-)-epigallocatechingallate (EGCg) and (-)-epicatechingallate (ECg)) in tea was developed. The method was used to determine catechins in black tea, green tea and oolong tea.
