[RP-HPLC characteristics of Panax notoginseng].
Yao xue xue bao = Acta pharmaceutica Sinica, 2008To develop the chemical characteristics of Panax notoginseng in order to control its quality. The samples was extracted using pressurized liquid extraction (PLE) and analyzed by HPLC-DAD. The data were evaluated using the "similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM" software (version 2004A).The chromatographic characteristics of

[Determination of gelsemium alkaloids by RP-HPLC].
Yao xue xue bao = Acta pharmaceutica Sinica, 1994Gelsemium elegans Benth is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine, eight alkaloids have been isolated from this herb. In recent years, an HPLC method for the separation and determination of five of these alkaloids, ie. gelsemium A (G), koumine (F), kumantenidine (D), kumantenine (B) and kumantenmine (A) is described, dichroine being used as the ...

[Determination of bendazac lysine by RP-HPLC].
Hua xi yi ke da xue xue bao = Journal of West China University of Medical Sciences = Huaxi yike daxue xuebao, 1993Bendazac (BD) was separated on a CLC-ODS column, 150 x 6 mm id (Shimadzu), using methanol acetic acid 0.1 mol/L (67:33) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength, 254 nm. The detection limit of BD was 0.1 ng (R/N, 3:1), which was determined by the peak area measurement using an external standard method.

Proteolytic Cleavage in RP-HPLC Solvents
1987Successful degradation of the very resistant human complement component C3 (Mr 187,500) with trypsin in the presence of 2-propanol (1) has prompted us to examine the effects of the lower alcohols and acetonitrile during degradation with some commonly used endoproteases. The benefits might be threefold.
