The RP-HPLC analysis of anthocyanins

Chromatographia, 1998
Conditions were determined for the separation of a complex set of anthocyanins (free aglycones, mono- and multiglycosides and esterified forms) by HPLC. The optimised gradient elution method was then used to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis of anthocyanin compounds present in the callus tissue ofRudbeckia hirta L. and the tubular flowers

Determination of tomatine in Solanum cathayanum by RP-HPLC

China Journal of Chinese Matera Medica, 2010
To develop an HPLC method for determination of tomatine in the dried Solanum cathayanum of China Hubei Enshi. The analysis was performed on a YMC-Pack ODS-AA column (4. 6 mm x 150 mm, 5 microm) eluted with acetonitrile and water in gradient mode. The concentration of acetonitrile in the mobile phase changes from 20% to 100% within 60 minutes.

Determination of flavonoids in Semen Cuscutae by RP-HPLC

Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis, 2002
Flavonoids contents in 40 samples of Semen Cuscutae collected from areas all around China were investigated. Five principal flavonoids, quercetin 3-O-beta-D-galactoside-7-O-beta-D-glucoside, quercetin 3-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-galactoside, hyperoside, quercetin and kaempferol were analyzed simultaneously by using a reversed phase liquid ...

Packing Capillary Columns for RP-HPLC

Cold Spring Harbor Protocols, 2006
INTRODUCTIONCapillary or microcolumn (<0.5-mm internal diameter [I.D.]) high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is an extremely powerful technique for separating small quantities of proteins and peptides. This protocol describes a procedure for adapting conventional HPLC systems to provide accurate low-flow rates (0.4-4 μl/min) and gradients ...

Purification of Large “Troublesome” Polypeptides by RP-HPLC

Cold Spring Harbor Protocols, 2006
INTRODUCTIONThis protocol addresses the group of large polypeptides that have proved to be troublesome to handle because of their low solubility or the presence of secondary structural elements that favor supramolecular self-self assembly. Included in this group are polypeptides with amphipathic α-helical or β-sheet structures with extensive runs of ...

A RP-HPLC method for the determination of tea catechins

Cancer Letters, 1997
An HPLC method with gradient elution for the quantification of catechins ((-)-epigallocatechin (EGC), (+)-catechin (C), (-)-epicatechin (EC), (-)-epigallocatechingallate (EGCg) and (-)-epicatechingallate (ECg)) in tea was developed. The method was used to determine catechins in black tea, green tea and oolong tea.

Method Development and Validation of Lorlatinib by RP-HPLC

Chinese Journal of Applied Physiology
A simple, Accurate, precise method was developed for the estimation of the Lorlatinib in API form and Marketed pharmaceutical dosage form by RP-HPLC. Chromatogram was run through Hypersil C18 (4.6mm×150mm, 5µm) Particle size Column and Mobile phase containing Methanol and Water taken in the ratio of 25: 75% v/v was pumped through column at a flow rate ...

A NOVEL PACKING MATERIAL FOR RP-HPLC

Journal of Liquid Chromatography & Related Technologies, 2000
A simple, practical, and economical procedure had been developed to prepare novel C18 ether-bond reversed phase packing. A soft and long C18 alkyl chain was coupled onto silica (Sinopak-S, particle size d = 5μm, pore diameter Dp=11nm, and surface area s=170m2/g) with γ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane as a coupling agent.

RP-HPLC of some metal phthalocyanines

Mikrochimica Acta, 1998
The retention parameters of phthalocyanine, tetra-4-t-butylphthalocyanine and the latter's complexes with zinc, copper, rhodium and lutetium, as well as the copper complex of tetra-4-t-butyltetrabenzotriazaporphyrin were determined with μBondapak C18 sorbent.
