Accelerating real‐world prediction and research in Alzheimer's: The M3AD study
Abstract Chronic diseases, including Alzheimer's disease (AD) and related dementia (ADRD), do not exist solely as isolated entities. Instead, they weave concomitant trajectories of multiple diseases, conditions, behaviors, and risks, mutually influencing each other's course and natural history, in ways yet unexplored.

Abstract INTRODUCTION Chronic cerebral hypoperfusion (CCH) is a major contributor to cognitive impairment; however, its underlying mechanisms remain poorly understood. METHODS We investigated CCH‐induced glymphatic dysfunction and neurodegeneration in amyloid precursor protein (APP)/presenilin 1 (PS1) and wild‐type mice.

ABSTRACT Introduction The European Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC) for 5‐FU warns of significant granulocyte decline when combined with thiazides, cyclophosphamide, or methotrexate, based on a 1981 cohort of 14 patients. Despite limited evidence, drug‐interaction checkers still flag this risk.

ABSTRACT Background Several genomic risk stratification tests are available to predict the risk of metastasis and mortality for prostate cancer patients at the time of diagnosis. However, the evidence supporting the clinical utility of genomic risk stratification tools is fragmented, posing challenges in assessing their real‐world clinical impact and ...

ALKBH3 alleviates myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury by suppressing PANoptosis. ALKBH3 promotes ZBED6 translation via mRNA m1A demethylation. ZBED6 promotes the interaction between STAT1 and NEDD4L to facilitate STAT1 ubiquitination and subsequent degradation.
