This study found a 10.0% overall prevalence of Salmonella in table eggs in Rupandehi, Nepal, with contamination increasing significantly from farms to retail outlets. The isolates exhibited alarming multidrug resistance (58.8%), including 88.2% resistance to ciprofloxacin, underscoring severe post‐farm hygiene failures and a critical One Health threat.

Multidrug‐resistant Salmonella was detected in 13.5% of the raw meat samples in Chattogram, with resistance to multiple antibiotics and a high prevalence of the blaTEM gene. These findings highlight significant foodborne AMR risks and underscore the need for urgent One Health interventions to protect public health.
