Boosting Photo‐Pyroelectric Effect via Tunable Polarization and Interfacial Defect Engineering
This study reports Ba(Ti0.85Zr0.15)O3 nanocatalysts with enhanced polarization and oxygen‐vacancy‐rich interfaces for efficient NIR‐II photo‐pyroelectric therapy. Zr doping boosts the pyroelectric coefficient and accelerates polarization switching, while oxygen vacancies improve photothermal conversion and surface reactivity.

p-Type Schottky Contacts for Graphene Adjustable-Barrier Phototransistors
The graphene adjustable-barriers phototransistor is an attractive novel device for potential high speed and high responsivity dual-band photodetection. In this device, graphene is embedded between the semiconductors silicon and germanium. Both n-type and

A new vertical transistor design with a dual‐modulation strategy is proposed to overcome the limitations of conventional transistors. This architecture uses a micro‐hole patterned electrode and a graphene electrode to enhance channel control and incorporates a leakage blocking layer to suppress off‐state current.

Ultrafast Multilevel Switching and Synaptic Behavior in a Planar Quantum Topological Memristor
Dry‐transferred Bi2Te3 layers enable a planar quantum topological memristor framework. In‐plane topological surface states facilitate ultrafast & low‐power operations. Coexisting analog and digital modes support current‐controlled multilevel states. PQTM exhibits 105 s retention, 103 cycles endurance, and reproducibility across 24 devices.

Sensing of NO2, NH3, and C3H6O by graphene-Si Schottky diode at chosen voltage biases
Our research aims to propose a selective gas sensor based on a single graphene-silicon Schottky junction. By polarizing the sensor with selected voltage, we move between different regions of its gas sensitivity dependent on the lighting conditions.

A cation‐anion synergistic strategy is developed to enhance self‐assembled monolayer (SAM) adsorption using guanidinium thiocyanate (GuaSCN). Guanidinium (Gua⁺) suppresses micelle aggregation, while thiocyanate (SCN−) promotes phosphonic acid deprotonation and strengthens ionic bonding to the substrate.

This work demonstrates a phase‐engineered MoS2 photodetector that dynamically switches among photocapacitive (PCC), photovoltaic (PV), and photoconductive (PC) modes. By transforming the traditionally parasitic capacitance into an active signal source, the device achieves self‐powered, high‐sensitivity detection with a fast response of 19.2 ms, and a ...
