Memory-Enhancing Effects of Silk Fibroin-Derived Peptides in Scopolamine-Treated Mice
Although enzyme-hydrolyzed silk fibroin has been reported to enhance cognitive function before, it has been still unknown which peptides can improve memory. Here we report that amino acid sequences of three novel peptides were identified from fibroin hydrolysate. Fibroin hydrolysate was obtained by hydrolysis with protease after partial hydrolysis with

Fractional Derivative as Fractional Power of Derivative [PDF]
Definitions of fractional derivatives as fractional powers of derivative operators are suggested. The Taylor series and Fourier series are used to define fractional power of self-adjoint derivative operator. The Fourier integrals and Weyl quantization procedure are applied to derive the definition of fractional derivative operator.

Jordan-Hölder theorems for derived categories of derived discrete algebras [PDF]
For any positive integer $n$, $n$-derived-simple derived discrete algebras are classified up to derived equivalence. Furthermore, the Jordan-H\"older theorems for all kinds of derived categories of derived discrete algebras are obtained.

2-Local derivations on the W-algebra W(2,2) [PDF]
The present paper is devoted to study 2-local derivations on W-algebra $W(2,2)$ which is an infinite-dimensional Lie algebras with some out derivations. We prove that all 2-local derivations on the W-algebra $W(2,2)$ are derivation. We also give a complete classification of the 2-local derivation on the so called thin Lie algebra and prove that it ...
