Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.

Single event transient effects in raised source/drain double-gate 1-T DRAM
Single event transient (SET) due to heavy ion strike is a major reliability concern in digital VLSI circuits. In this paper, the SET effects in a capacitorless 1-T DRAM with raised source/drain double-gate MOSFET are analyzed.

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Single Event Induced Voltage Transients within lnP HBT Circuits [PDF]
Voltage transients internal to an InP HBT integrated circuit are measured with picosecond resolution. Results show that the single event "shorts" the transistor terminals and the transient response can produce multiple errors at gigahertz ...
