Abstract Background Schwann cells provide peripheral nerve trophic support, myelinate axons, and assist in repair. However, Schwann cell repair capacity is limited by chronic injury, disease, and aging. Schwann cell reprogramming is a cellular conversion strategy that could provide a renewable cell supply to repair injured nerves.

Lychee starch coatings enriched with procyanidins showed strong antifungal activity and effectively preserved strawberry quality postharvest, reducing weight loss, decay, and senescence. This highlights their potential as a sustainable natural alternative for shelf‐life extension and fungal control in fresh produce.

ABSTRACT Synthetic materials based on calcium phosphates (CaP) are frequently used as bone graft substitutes when natural bone grafts are not available or not suitable. One approach used to enhance their performance is the incorporation of ions such as silicate ions, which are known to support osteointegration by stimulating bone formation. The present

Secretome and Pathway Analysis of Stress Induced Disc Degeneration In Vitro
Integrated secretome and phosphoprotein profiling of human nucleus pulposus cells revealed that IL‐1β and TLR2/6 activation induce a shared degenerative program, defined by consistent upregulation of IL‐6, IL‐8, GRO‐α, ICAM‐1, and MMP‐7 and convergence on NF‐κB/AP‐1 signaling.
