Economic evaluations of antiobesity medications: A systematic literature review

The global prevalence of obesity is rising rapidly. With several antiobesity medications approved and many more in development, understanding their economic value is increasingly important. This study reviews full economic evaluations of approved antiobesity medications to assess cost‐effectiveness and inform reimbursement and access decisions.

Migrant success in UK Education: Are there lessons for government social mobility policy?

Abstract The school achievement and career aspirations of 23 sixth form students at a multi‐cultural urban academy in the UK are explored through interviews. The sample includes 16 s‐generation migrants, 6 UK‐born students with migrant parents and 1 UK‐born student, selected to represent a cohort of over 300 post‐16 learners.

Through iterative application of the process, complex chiral molecules can be synthesized. The stereoselectivity of the reaction is determined by a chiral diol incorporated in the boronic ester.

Molecular mechanism of condensin I activation by KIF4A

The EMBO Journal
During mitosis, the condensin I and II complexes compact chromatin into chromosomes. Loss of the chromokinesin, KIF4A, results in reduced condensin I association with chromosomes, but the molecular mechanism behind this phenotype is unknown.

A Cytosine‑Bulged (3+1) Hybrid G‑Quadruplex Formed by the Chicken DNA Replication Origin

The first high‐resolution structure of an OGRE‐derived G‐quadruplex from the chicken β‐globin replication origin reveals an intramolecular three‐layer (3+1) hybrid fold with a cytosine bulge and an unprecedented 5'‐outer‐quartet anti guanine, creating a distinctive surface for molecular recognition.
