Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

Magnon Damping by magnon-phonon coupling in Manganese Perovskites
Inelastic neutron scattering was used to systematically investigate the spin-wave excitations (magnons) in ferromagnetic manganese perovskites. In spite of the large differences in the Curie temperatures ($T_C$s) of different manganites, their low ...

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Rheology of Titania Based Ceramic Nanodispersions Stabilized by Cationic Comb Copolymers
Rheological studies of the ceramic based concentrated titania nanoparticle dispersions showed a clear correlation between molecular structure of the cationic polymers used as dispersants and the viscosity of the slurries.

Dynamic spin-lattice coupling and nematic fluctuations in NaFeAs
We use inelastic neutron scattering to study acoustic phonons and spin excitations in single crystals of NaFeAs, a parent compound of iron pnictide superconductors.

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Energy bands of atomic monolayers of various materials: Possibility of energy gap engineering
The mobility of graphene is very high because the quantum Hall effects can be observed even at room temperature. Graphene has the potential of the material for novel devices because of this high mobility.

SOLID DISPERSION: ITS TYPES AND MECHANISM OF ENHANCEMENT OF SOLUBILITY BY SOLID DISPERSION
ABSTRACT To improve dissolution of poorly water-soluble drugs and thus enhancing their bioavailability, the dispersion of one or more active pharmaceutical ingredient in a carrier at solid state is used. This process is known as solid dispersion. It has engrossed significant interest as an efficient means of improving the dissolution rate.
