Creating Cell‐Based Hybrid Noodles for Sustainable and Nutrient‐Balanced Diets via a Serum‐Free and Animal‐Free 3D Co‐Differentiation System

This study develops a 3D co‐culture and co‐differentiation system for porcine muscle stem cells (pMuSCs) and mesenchymal stem cells (pMSCs) on edible starch‐based scaffolds. The system simultaneously generates myotubes and adipocytes without using serum or chemical inducers.

Improved Direct Ink Writing of Liquid Metal Foams via Liquid Additives

The ability to pattern liquid metal is useful for making soft electrical and thermal devices. Dispensing liquid metal from a nozzle naturally results in the formation of spheroidal droplets, making direct‐write printing challenging. Liquid metal foams containing pockets of air can extrude as filaments, albeit inconsistently.

Thermoelectric Properties of a Family of Benzodifuranone‐Based Conjugated Copolymers in Oriented Thin Films Doped Sequentially With NDMBI‐H

Combining high polymer orientation of n‐type copolymers by temperature rubbing and sequential doping with N‐DMBI results in a strong improvement of electrical conductivity and thermoelectric power factors reaching up to 9.8 ± 1.6 S cm−1 and 8 ± 3 µW m−1.K2, respectively.

Recovery of spent coffee grounds oil using supercritical CO2: Extraction optimisation and physicochemical properties of oil

Soxhlet and accelerated solvent extraction, using propanol as a solvent, and supercritical CO2 extraction methods presented statistically insignificant differences in the crude oil yield obtained from spent coffee grounds.
