The first multiple stable isotope dilution assay method was developed for the simultaneous determination of four cobalamins, namely, hydroxocobalamin (OHCbl), adenosylcobalamin (AdoCbl), methylcobalamin (MeCbl), and cyanocobalamin (CNCbl), in their native forms. The sample preparation was optimized with enzyme treatment and immunoaffinity purification.
