A method for synthesizing sulfur‐substituted cyclohexenes is reportedthat leverages the η2‐coordination of a phenyl sulfone to [WTp(NO)(PMe3)] (Tp = trispyrazolylborate). Three sequential protonation and nucleophilic additions to the bound arene, followed by oxidative decomplexation, affords functionalized cyclohexenes bearing sp3‐ and sulfur‐enriched ...

Sulfur Ylides in Skeletal‐Editing—Ring Expansion Reactions
Sulfur ylides (S‐ylides) are emergent diazo surrogates that enable skeletal editing and ring expansion with safer handling and broad functional group tolerance. This perspective covers pioneer works and highlights recent advances in the field, while outlining key challenges and future directions that may redefine the role of S‐ylides in modern ...

From Molecule to Material: How Support Changes Heterobimetallic Catalysts in Lactide Polymerization
Silica‐supported heterobimetallic alkoxide complexes were developed as catalysts for lactide ring‐opening polymerization. Grafting iron‐based ate complexes onto SiO2‐700 produced well‐defined active sites, enabling controlled polymerization with predictable molar masses, narrow dispersities, and recyclability.
