A Versatile Method for Nano‐Fabrication on Diamond Film: Flexible Diamond Metasurfaces as a Demonstration

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
A versatile, high‐precision, non‐contaminating sugar‐transferring method is developed for nanofabrication on newly developed ultrathin and flexible diamond films. It enables the flexible all‐diamond metasurfaces, for the first time, come into the public eyes.

Cation‐Engineered Post‐Treatment for Blue Perovskite Light‐Emitting Diodes

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
This work presents a cation‐engineered post‐treatment strategy for high‐performance mixed‐halide blue PeLEDs. By investigating the role of 4‐fluorophenylethylammonium (FPEA+) versus conventional phenylethylammonium (PEA+) organic cations in post‐treatment agents, it demonstrates that FPEA+ enables superior preservation of the 3D perovskite structure ...

Enhanced Amplified Spontaneous Emission from Optically Pumped Perovskite Light‐Emitting Diodes with Sodium Fluoride Additives

open access: yesAdvanced Photonics Research, EarlyView.
This study investigates sodium fluoride (NaF) as an additive in halide perovskite films to improve their optical and light amplification properties for application in laser diodes. The incorporation of NaF leads to a threefold increase in light‐emitting intensity and a 20% reduction in the amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) threshold, along with ...
