Clinicopathologic study of malignant ovarian tumors: A study of fifty cases
Background: Malignant ovarian tumors have worst prognosis among all gynecological malignancies and highest case fatality rate. There is a steady increase in the age-standardized incidence rate in India.

Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

Primary borderline mucinous neoplasm of the testis: A case report and literature review
Testicular/paratesticular neoplasms morphologically resembling surface epithelial tumors of ovarian type are rare neoplasms. The criteria for the diagnosis and nomenclature of these tumors parallels those used for ovarian homologues.

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Detecting circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in blood before surgery may help predict outcomes in patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). Here, we show when combined with tumor size and lymph node involvement from routine imaging, CTC status identifies high‐risk patients with poorer survival—offering a simple, minimally invasive tool ...

Borderline and Malignant Surface Epithelial – Stromal Tumors of the Ovary
Epithelial ovarian carcinoma (EOC) is the fourth leading cause of cancer mortality among women in western countries. The incidence of newly diagnosed EOC in the US is estimated to be 22,430 cases per year with 15,280 deaths (Jamel A et al., 2006). Surface epithelial-stromal tumors are the most common neoplasms of the ovary.

LUNAR is a liver‐specific long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) that is highly expressed in normal liver but becomes epigenetically silenced in hepatocellular carcinoma through promoter hypermethylation. Loss of LUNAR is associated with NOTCH activation, epithelial–mesenchymal transition, and metastasis, whereas restoring LUNAR restrains metastatic progression ...

CLINICOPATHOLOGICAL STUDY OF SURFACE EPITHELIAL OVARIAN TUMORS- A TERTIARY CARE CENTER STUDY.
Background: Ovarian tumors are one of the most common tumors, which occur in female genital tract. Despite the newer techniques in imaging and molecular biology, the diagnosis of ovarian tumors primarily depends on histopathological examination. Ovarian tumors manifests a wide spectrum of clinical, morphological and histological features.
